Job Duties:

ChainSys is looking for an experienced project manager with great organization and people skills to help establish and track our OKRs, schedule and attend meetings, record notes and action items, follow up and and assist multiple work streams accomplish their KRs, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Delivery and Support Services, and more.

The job will be primarily work from home, with occasional travel a possibility. Project team members collaborate many time zones around the globe, so early mornings and late evenings are also required from time to time.

Reporting to - Business Transformation Leadership
Salary Range - $70K to $80K, DOE
Qualifications -

• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate with project leadership, executive team, employees, investors, customers, and analysts
• Conflict management & mediation
• Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Excellent at planning and tracking
• Clearly articulated speech and writing
• Able to breakdown complex KRs into actionable tasks
• Able to provide progress reporting, as well as escalate blocking items
• Curious to learn and grow
• Proficient at multitasking
• PMP certification is helpful
• Experience with OKR’s is helpful
