Project Scope

The objective of the project by Chainsys is to do a complete assessment on the Time Management business process of the Oil & Gas giant.

Creating an Application using Smart App Builder powered by ChainSys Platform which provides end to end solution for the time management business process which involves Time Management, Shift Management, Biometric Interface and Web clock functionality.

It provides clear visibility on the time details and deviations which helps business to capture the actual time data for providing inputs to the Payroll analyst for payroll processing and the details as requested by audit requirements.

Business Situation

The client is currently running most of their HRMS operations either manually or in a legacy system Technova with limited functionalities and automation.

To overcome some of the challenges and to bring a standard operation procedure in HRMS, the client decided to deploy the SAP SuccessFactors for Complete HRMS Modules and create an application using Smart App Builder for Time and Shift management as a preferred solution.
